This powder is the grass of young wheat, harvested when nutrient levels are at their peak. It is particularly rich in fibre and protein. Protein helps maintain muscle mass growth, preserve muscle mass and maintain normal bone health.
Wheat grass is particularly good for cleansing the body and is also rich in fibre, potassium, calcium, iron, many vitamins and rare chlorophyll.
One teaspoon (5 g) of this powder provides the body with the full recommended daily allowance of vitamin A. 5 g of powdered wheat grass also contains 34% of the daily intake of vitamin C, 28% of folic acid and 26% of chromium.
Preparation: mix 1 tbsp. spoon into your favourite herbal drink, yogurt, juice or garnish your favorite dessert, salad, breakfast cereal. The manufacturer recommends 2-3 tablespoons per day. Close the packaging tightly after each use. Store in a dry, dark place.
