Organic juniper berries

The dried juniper fruit is used to make vegetable dishes, especially bean dishes. For use in pickling mixes, pickles, cucumbers and sauerkraut.

Juniper berries are often used in Scandinavian, French and German cuisines. When used in combination with garlic and herbs (marjoram, rosemary, thyme), it adds a specific flavour to dishes.
