Organic ground allspice

The semi-ripe, dried, ground allspice are light to dark brown in colour and have a spicy, aromatic aroma. The taste is sweet and spicy, reminiscent of cloves. Fine, intensely flavoured allspice powder adds a special flavour to marinades, sauces and sweet baked goods.
