Organic dried sea vegetables DULSE (flakes)
The product is made from the edible seaweed Dulse (Palmaria palmata). Seaweed of European origin, dehydrated and crushed. Raw seaweed is dehydrated at low temperatures.
Preparation: this product must be prepared in advance by rehydrating it in water for 5 minutes (their dried mass quadruples).
Serving: can be used in salads, pickled. Also as a garnish and as an ingredient in soups, stews, cakes, rice and pasta.
For: general public, except infants and young children. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Guideline: intake of an average adult (8400 kJ/2000 kcal).
Approximately 1 g of dehydrated seaweed and 12 g of this hydrated seaweed contain 150 μg of iodine (NRV according to Regulation EU1169/2011)
Recipe – Vegetable soup and sea vegetables DULSE
Ingredients
– 1 L vegetable broth
– 100 g chives
– 150 g leeks
– 90 g carrots
– 4 Swiss chard leaves
– 100 g courgettes
– 10 g dehydrated DULSE
– a dash of olive oil
Preparation
– wash and finely chop the vegetables;
– lightly fry the ingredients in oil in the following order: chives, leek, carrot, chard leaves and dehydrated sea vegetables DULSE;
– pour in the stock and cook for about 12 minutes;
– add the courgettes at the end and cook for 3 minutes;
– Serve on a deep plate or in a bowl.
