Description
Organic wholemeal couscous is made with wholemeal semolina flour. The couscous should be cooked 1:1 for about 5-7 minutes. It can also be prepared by pouring boiling water over it and allowing it to swell completely, stirring gently with a fork. Perfect as a side dish for a variety of dishes.
