Coconut milk powder has a natural coconut aroma and taste. Suitable for thickening sauces and soups, flavouring coffee, making chocolate with cocoa mass, breakfast cereals, smoothies, yogurt, ice cream. Suitable for vegans. Non-GMO.
Vegan coconut milk powder is an ideal alternative to regular milk. Mixing this powder with water produces a drink similar to the coconut drink we usually see in cans.
To use: mix 2-3 tablespoons of the powder thoroughly in a glass of cold or hot water (about 10 g of powder per 100 ml of water).
