Description
Organic coconut flour made from the pulp of coconuts grown in Sri Lanka. The flour has a distinct coconut smell and a subtle, sweetish taste.
Recommended for baked goods, desserts, smoothies, muesli, fruit salads, yogurt. Used in soups, stews and sauces, it adds not only thickness but also an exotic flavour. It is recommended to add up to 10% coconut flour to the pastry dough.
