Organic cashew nuts
For vegans, cashew nuts are an indispensable source of iron and protein.
- Cashews are rich in protein, copper, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese. They are recommended for depression, and will also help in stressful environments, as they have a positive effect on the nervous system, helping to cope with stress and improve mood and well-being.
