Organic wholemeal round rice has a specific aroma and flavour that harmonises with many dishes. VAll the valuable nutrients are retained in the husk, making whole grain rice more valuable than husked rice. Round rice is recommended for risotto, rice stews and salads.
Preparation: cook the washed rice in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 35 minutes.
