Organic black sesame seeds

Black sesame seeds are more aromatic than traditional sesame seeds.

They are commonly used to flavour rice and pasta dishes. It is also suitable for making homemade sushi.

Black sesame seeds can also be used for baking. It is recommended to soak sesame seeds for a few hours or even overnight and add them to dough or smoothies.

The recommended daily intake is 2 tablespoons for adults and 1 for children.
