Organic white basmati rice has a wonderful flavour and aroma. Ideal for stews with curry, plov, garnish. Delicious on their own: with vegan butter or oil.
Preparation: wash 1 part of the rice in cold water, cover with 2 parts of water and bring to a slow boil. Once boiling, cover and cook on the lowest heat for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow the rice to swell for 5 minutes.
